CTP (Counseling and Test Preparation) OTM (Online Tutoring and Mentoring) is an organization founded by Columbia University students and alumni to help educate the youth in Ethiopia on the fundamentals of Computer Science. As a mentor in this organization, I prepare weekly lectures and guided problem solving exercises. As a personal tutor at Williams College, I had both one-on-one and group sessions every week with students in the Computer Science and Mathematics departments during my junior and senior year.

As part of the summer CTP session, I helped high school students prepare for the SAT and gave them direction on how to navigate the college application process.
